Special News, Events and Activities : Jan-Mar 2012

Happy New Year everyone! We're all back into the swing of things after our winter break...

Primary 1-3 are learning all about Patterns and Shape this term.

Primary 4-7 are studying Africa and Flight. They hope to link the two to understand more about our migratory birds. Already quite a few pupils have brought in books, maps, currency and photos.

Secondary Students: As well as working hard towards their prelims and course work, all secondary pupils are preparing for their annual residential trip - this year a city experience to Edinburgh at the end of February.

Rugby: We welcome Development Officer Bruce Ruthven this term - he visits on Tuesdays and coaches the pupils elements of Tag Rugby (which is great for encouraging teamwork, ball skills and fitness).

After-school activities: We have a variety on offer this term: drama, swimming, cooking, young engineers, reading club, badminton, fencing, Cubs, Scouts, Brownies, Guides and study support.
